Regions.
He has been immersed in technology designed for improving business
processes for most of his career. President of Carolina
Business Systems,
CallWare Technologies and Alianza Sur for 30 of my 38 years in business. He is
a graduate of the Citadel.
He resides in Charleston with his wife, Yalani... a former AITP member.

The Nominating Committee is in the process of
accepting nominations for the offices listed below. If you would like to put your name in
nomination please forward me a letter signifying willingness to serve and attesting to the
fact that you will be free to devote the time necessary to the office for which you want
to be nominated for. If you want to nominate a member for an office please check with that
member and verifying his willingness to server and list it in your nominating letter to
the committee. A brief bio on the candidate should also be a part of the letter. Please
email nominating letters to the Robbie Kizer, Nominating Committee Chair, at
rbkizer@aitp-charleston.org. We will be accepting nomination till September 30, 2008. We
will have elections at the Chapters annual meeting and will accept nominations from
the floor. For further information or questions concerning the nominations and offices to
be filled, please email or call me (843-965-5658).
President: The President shall be the chief executive officer of the
chapter. The President shall preside at all meetings of the chapter and its Board of
Directors, and shall call such meetings as he or she deems necessary. It shall be the duty
of the President to exercise general supervision over the activities and welfare of the
chapter and keep in regular touch with the other chapter officers and members of the Board
of Directors concerning matters of policy. The President shall be an ex officio member of
all chapter committees, with the exception of the Nominating Committee.
Vice President: The Vice President shall, in the absence of, or during
the incapacity of, the President, as determined by the Board of Directors, perform all
duties and assume all responsibilities of the President until the Board of Directors shall
revoke such authority. It shall be the responsibility of the Vice President to coordinate
the activities of all Chapter committees.
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall receive and disburse the funds of the
chapter and shall keep and preserve proper vouchers and books of accounts. These shall be
open to inspection by the Board of Directors of the chapter and subject to audit at any
time by an auditing committee duly appointed by the President. The Treasurer shall deposit
chapter funds in such banks as may be approved by the Board of Directors of the chapter
and shall disburse money only for approved investments or upon approved vouchers and in
accordance with procedures approved by the Board of Directors of the chapter. The
Treasurer shall submit a monthly financial report to the Board of Directors of the
chapter, an annual report to the chapter membership and such reports as may be requested
by the Association.
Secretary: The Secretary shall take the minutes and record attendance of
all Board of Directors meetings. All chapter records, including archival records, accept
financial and committee records shall be under the control of the Secretary. The Secretary
shall forward all membership records to Association Headquarters promptly and maintain a
file of the correct names and addresses of all chapter members. The Secretary shall be
required to keep such records and prepare such reports as may be requested by the Chapter
or Association Headquarters

Job Position: Technology Officer. We are a small organization, so I am responsible for all
technology: servers, troubleshooting, databases, crystal reports, helpdesk, etc...
Greatest benefit of AITP Membership: Having the opportunity to connect with other people
